Two senior executives at Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) have resigned causing a major shake-up at the company as a restructuring expert is appointed.
Ex-Facebook CFO, Gideon Yu, who acquired B&W in 2016 through Eva Automation, and Gregory Lee, former Samsung president who was announced as
CEO of B&W at the end of 2018 have quit their positions.
David Duggins has been director of B&W Group, who describes himself as a “restructuring professional available for Board or Advisory roles in companies undergoing restructuring, re-financing or sale”.
When Lee was appointed as B&W’s CEO, Yu said: “I am extremely excited for Greg to join Bowers & Wilkins as our new CEO and lead the company forward in our next phase of growth. Greg has extensive leadership experience in consumer electronics, a deep knowledge of brand building, and a passion for our products. Bowers & Wilkins is in great hands with Greg.”
