RTI has expanded its partnership with Mindstec Distribution to add support across the APAC, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
RTI has announced its complete product lines and dedicated local sales, training, and engineering support will now be available in more locations via Dubai-based Mindstec Distribution.
As part of the partnership, Mindstec will also take over the management of RTI Asia, a new division that will offer RTI and Pro Control products.
The countries included in this territory include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
Additional countries now under Mindstec distribution also include Brazil (via DEALER, a Mindstec Company), Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and United Arab Emirates.
"Expanding this partnership will broaden our global presence and give dealers access to more localised support and education at their state-of-the-art training centres,” commented Mike Everett, vice president of global sales at RTI.
Following on from the recent opening of accredited RTI training centres in in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and South Africa, new locations are also planned for Brazil, Dubai, and United Arab Emirates.
