The Lighting Designer (TLD) has added a large catalogue of internal and external fittings to its service to help designers find a lighting fixture for their project.
The large database provides compatible fittings to match each driver or ballast to help integrators, contractors, and designers to pair their control interface with an appropriate fixture in order to deliver a high-quality lighting design.
For variety, the portfolio includes internal and external fittings that are round, square, and profile in shape, which can be installed in or on the ceiling, floor, shelf, stairs, and wall.
The portfolio from TLD features over 1,700 lighting fixtures from manufacturers including Collingwood, Delta Light, Iguzzini, John Cullen, Ketra, and Orluna, to name just a few. TLD has kept the software open to allow users to build their own library of fixtures by simply adding new additions as and when required.
Users can add their favourite fixtures from a big-name manufacturer or from a smaller local supplier by inputting the relevant information from the supplier’s website into TLD, immediately adding the fixture to their library. This process is also the same for adding drivers.
