In a world first, the Hisense brand Vidda has unveiled a home cinema projector featuring the MCL39 tri-colour laser light source.
The C3 Ultra, available in China, debuts a cinema-grade light source based on Trichroma laser technology to optimise colour performance.
The model offers 4K pictures with a peak brightness of 2,800 CVIA lumens to replicate real-world visuals.
It’s built on a Digital Light Processing (DLP) projection engine and supports a 0.9–1.5:1 throw ratio.
Features include automatic keystone, focus and image resizing for object avoidance, while audio is delivered by Harman JBL speakers.
Additionally, the projector offers Dolby Vision, HDR10+, IMAX Enhanced and Filmmaker Mode.
