Exhibiting at K-Display 2022 in Korea last week, LG Display showcased its newly unveiled 97” OLED.EX display, the biggest OLED TV panel the company has made to date.
The unique display features LG’s Film Cinematic Sound OLED (CSO) technology which allows the display to vibrate and generate the sound directly from the display without having separate speakers.
According to the company, the display “offers a cinematic level of immersion” thanks to the 5.1 channel sound system embedded into the screen.
Featuring LG’s OLED EX technology, the display delivers realistic colours, fine details and deep black, as well as enhanced brightness up to 30%.
According to FlatpanelsHD, the display will be available in the second half of this year priced at €25,000.
