StormAudio ships first 20-channel preamp / processor

StormAudio has started shipping ISP 3D.20 Elite, its first 20-channel preamp / processor, targeting theatres requiring more than 16-channels.

Its 20-XLR outputs make it suitable for applications that employ multiple subwoofers, or speaker configurations that accommodate three immersive sound formats. It incorporates the same capabilities as the brand’s 16- and 32-channel models including built-in compatibility with Auro-3D, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, Dirac Live Room Calibration.

StormAudio has incorporated 9.1.6 native processing to support Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. The unit supports up to five individual subwoofers.

The ISP 3D.20 Elite employs a WebUI interface that provides access, setup and monitoring of the theatre.

It incorporates StormMonitoring for web-based remote monitoring that includes the ability to set up email notifications of desired thresholds when hooked-up with a network management agent and related service subscription such as Domotz.
