TCL has unveiled its new QLED C715K and C815K series, available to purchase in the UK from 1 June.
Featuring Quantum Dot display technology, the new TVs give viewers a fully immersive experience with true-to-life image performance and premium quality audio.
With Dolby Vision support, the C815K and C715K series produce 4K HDR10+ imagery with incredible brightness, spectacular contrast, rich colour and fine detail. Dolby Atmos provides surround sound giving the sound more depth and precision.
Providing the sound on the C815K series is a 2.1 ONKYO sound system with front firing speakers and a dedicated bass speaker at the back of the TV, creating an optimised listening experience and delivering a home cinematic experience.
For crystal-clear viewing, the 65- and 75-in models feature 100HZ Motion Clarity, while TCL’s proprietary Motion Estimation/Motion Compensation (MEMC) Motion Clarity PRO software features on the 55-in model.
For gamers, the new TV series offers low lag times of 10ms, along with high-quality imagery for responsive performance and premium picture quality. There are also three HDMI sockets, along with two USB 2.0 ports giving a number of connectivity options for consoles and controllers.
Both new TVs feature smart functions powered by TCL AI-IN, TCL’s Artificial Intelligence ecosystem, revolutionising the TV’s potential through intelligently optimised audio and video.
The latest Android 9.0 operating system is built into both series and offers a wide range of entertainment possibilities through a host of apps, T-cast, integrated Google Home and Assistant, as well as Chromecast and Alexa compatibility. They both also feature Freeview Play for content options.
Voice control can be used through Google Assistant or compatible Alexa devices. The TVs also come with smart remote controls featuring advanced voice control and shortcut buttons to access key apps as well as a Google Assistant remote control.
With a frameless design, both series feature ultra-slim exteriors made from premium metal, ensuring elegance and durability. Ensuring flexibility, they are both VESA compatible.
The C815K series comes with a three-legged central stand which gives a floating effect to the TV and allows for the large screen to suit any home interior, even in limited space. The 55- and 65-in C715K models come with a stylish adjustable stand.
The C751K is available in 50-in (£499), 55-in (£599), and 65-in (£799). The C815K series is available in 55-in (£649) and 65-in (£849). TCL plans to release a 75-in version of the C815K later this year.
