Now available from Invision, the new MXV range from WyreStorm brings the familiar power of its H2-series to a compact 1U chassis.
Using the lossless compression technology featured in WyreStorm’s flagship H2XC matrix platform, the MXV range can handle video content technologies up to 4K/60 4:4:4 and high frame rate HDR. The highest possible bandwidth that currently exists (according to HDMI 2.0 specification) can be sent to its HDBaseT zones using the latest in lossless compression technology.
CEC triggering is featured in the MXV range, allowing it to either automatically send power trigger commands to all compatible connected screens and projectors, or it can be triggered via the API to provide an integrated autonomous control solution.
The S/PDIF connectivity offers the flexibility to send multi-channel 5.1 audio to local AVRs or downmix to stereo using EXP-CON-DAC-D.
As well as the audio breakout ports, the MXV range also features HDMI mirrored output ports which can be paired with any of WyreStorm’s HAOC hybrid optical HDMI cables (transmission up to 50m/164ft), or any extender for transmission of HDBaseT or OM3 fibre.
The range also comes complete with an A/V mute function, allowing users to independently switch off signals to any zone for complete distribution control.
UK-based integrators can see the MXV range in action at Invision’s LG Showroom in Weybridge on 8th August as part of Invision’s Show & Tell event.
