Wiltshire-based Chord Company has launched a new high-performance budget HDMI interconnect into its entry-level C-series range, priced from £57.50 and backed by a lifetime warranty.
The 48 GBps-bandwidth C-view Plus HDMI offers a resolution of 10K at 30 Hz, 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz, supporting Dynamic HDR, HDCP2.3, eARC, 3D and all HDMI audio formats.
The new cable also supports SBTM (Source-based Tone Mapping), VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), QFT (Quick Frame Transport) and QMS (Quick Media Switching).
Currently the Chord Company’s most affordable HDMI cable, the C-view Plus uses graphene-shielded copper conductors with foam insulation and a twin-foil inner layer for protection against unwanted HF noise.
The cable also features gold-plated copped HDMI connector shells and connector pins alongside a PVC and zinc-alloy HDMI connector back shell.
