Hikivision announces two new TurboHD AcuSense Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) with deep learning-based motion detection 2.0 technology.
Both the TurboHD AcuSense DVR iDS-7208HQHI-M/S with up to 12-channel IP camera inputs, and the TurboHD AcuSense DVR iDS-7216HQHI-M2/s, with up to 24-channel IP camera inputs, provide deep learning-based motion detection 2.0 by default for all analogue channels. Each also offers up to 10 TB capacity per HDD.
Both TurboHD AcuSense DVRs feature quick search by object or event type and smart search for efficient playback. The H.265 Pro+ video compression improves encoding efficiency while reducing data storage costs. Both recorders support multiple Video Content Analytics (VCAs) for analogue and smart IP cameras.
John Xiao, VP of marketing, Hikivision, USA, said: “Our new TurboHD AcuSense DVRs are the ideal solution to equip analog systems with advanced motion detection features. With deep learning-based motion detection 2.0, users can dramatically reduce false alarms commonly caused by leaves, light, and wind, resulting in more effective alarms.”
