Luxury audio brand L-Acoustics has unveiled HYRISS (Hyperreal Immersive Sound Space), an audio solution aiming to redefine spaces through sound.
L-Acoustics make sound an integral part of visuals using HYRISS hardware and software to suit a range of applications, from luxurious residences and yachts to hospitality and corporate settings.
Eliminating the need for media rooms
HYRISS enables control of the sonic environment, diversifying a single space into concert hall, sports stadium or cinema. The audio solution can create serene atmospheres for relaxation as well as dynamic entertainment venues.
Different formats to engage the senses
HYRISS supports audio formats from mono to expansive Dolby Atmos soundscapes, providing a three-dimensional network of loudspeakers to elevate listening conditions.
The system offers voice enhancement for presentations and the choice to listen to select speakers, integrating discreet in-wall speakers, high-power amplification and advanced spatial audio processing.
The core L-Acoustics technologies
HYRISS leverages L-ISA to position instruments in space and mimic live concert settings, paired with state-of-the-art sensing microphones and the L-ISA Processor II.
Anima utilises advanced algorithms and machine learning to localise, separate and immerse audio content beyond its original design for a transformative sound.
L-Acoustics adds that it collaborates with system integrators and end-users to define desired experiences and budget requirements, ensuring a personalised solution in each HYRISS installation.
Scott Sugden, director of product management solutions at L-Acoustics, said: "For too long, the audio experience has been secondary to visual aesthetics.
“… We're changing that narrative. We're providing designers, architects and engineers with the tools to create spaces that are as sonically captivating as they are visually stunning.
"HYRISS transforms static spaces into dynamic experiences, matching the mood of every occasion and creating a true temple for sound.
"With HYRISS, every space becomes a stage for extraordinary auditory experiences, capable of stirring deep emotions and creating lasting memories."
