PEAKnx has announced a replacement solution for the Merten IP-Touch 10-inch, providing an easy way to modernise existing KNX installations.
The new replacement kits enable installers and users to upgrade older touch panels to a PEAKnx Control 12 or Control 16, depending on the selected configuration.
Each kit includes the touch panel, an adapter and a surface-mounted frame, allowing the existing box to be reused and eliminating the need for structural modifications.
The 11.6-inch Control 12 and the 15.6-inch Control 16 feature Full HD displays and run on Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC.
Both support PEAKnx’s YOUVI Basic visualisation software and are compatible with a range of Windows- and web-based visualisation platforms, as well as browser applications.
The panels combine several functions in a single device, including a KNX interface, IP router and an indoor station for door communication.
