Epson suspends exports to Russia and Belarus, donates $1 million to relief charities

Epson has announced that it will halt all product exports to Russia and Belarus, following the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Epson said: “Epson is committed to respecting human rights. As such, we have made the decision to suspend exports of our products to Russia and Belarus.”

Epson also made the decision to donate $1 million USD through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Red Cross to support humanitarian relief for those affected by the war. Epson Group companies are also planning to match all funds raised through staff donations to the Red Cross. 

The Epson Group strongly urges an immediate end to the conflict.
