Cornflake has been acquired by Ateliers de France in a move reflecting the central role of technology integration in luxury residential and hospitality construction.
Known internationally for high-end residential, heritage and hospitality projects, Ateliers de France said the partnership will support Cornflake’s long-term growth while allowing the business to continue operating independently under its established management team.
The acquisition marks Ateliers de France Group’s first move into the technology space, notably aligning it with architecture, interior design and construction workflows.
This is particularly pertinent in complex projects where lighting, shading, AV and control systems are expected to be integrated from the earliest planning stages.

Cornflake will continue to focus on luxury residential, hotel and branded residence projects, while maintaining operations from its Fitzrovia headquarters and showroom in London.
Alex Brown, managing director at the company, said this partnership would allow it to focus on future growth while continuing to emphasise quality delivery and client service.
Ateliers de France CEO Antoine Courtois added: “As a business almost as old as their discipline itself, Cornflake’s heritage and experience in the market give it deep understanding and a well-developed operation that sets it apart from its competitors in the UK market for design, planning and execution with the utmost attention to detail.
“We look forward to supporting their development and working together on exceptional projects.”
