Bruno joins Rayva board following CEDIA departure

Following his recently announced resignation as CEO of CEDIA last month Vin Bruno has been unveiled as the latest member of Rayva board of directors, effective immediately.

Home theatre specialist Rayva has recruited Vin Bruno in a bid to boost its efforts delivering bespoke cinema packages – comprised of architectural drawings, equipment, warranties and installation – via designers, builders and installation professionals.

Founded last year by AV industry veterans George Walter, Theo Kalomirakis and David Rodarte, Bruno previously worked as an advisor to executive at Rayva prior to its official launch.

Kalomirakis, executive director at Rayva, commented: “Vin has been both a friend and a thoughtful advisor to me since the inception of the Rayva brand.”

“In early 2016, I shared with Vin my vision of a simplified process for the highly complex designs of high-performance home theatres. With Vin’s encouragement, we launched the Rayva brand in January 2017 and with his support, have been able to significantly increase Rayva's reach and trajectory.”

He added: “Vin has been instrumental in helping Rayva excite consumers, integrators, and the builders’ community, alike, and will ultimately help expand the home theatre marketplace for all.”

Bruno stated: “I will do everything possible to help grow this important business.”

“Rayva helps our industry to prosper as manufacturers of projectors, screens, theatre seats, audio equipment, and controls provide these home theatre components, and our community of technology integrators build them for clients, allowing homeowners and their families to enjoy movies the way the directors intended.”
