Invision welcomes back employee after taking advantage of remote working

With the pandemic having normalised remote working, UK distributor, Invision has welcomed back a member of its technical support team after he relocated to a different part of the country.

Will Feather has rejoined Invision as a support technician after leaving the company in 2018 due to relocating to Cornwall. Following the rise in remote working possibilities, Feather has been able to return to the company where he worked for four years and managed four employees.

“As soon as I saw that Invision were hiring for a support technician, I jumped at the chance,” said Feather. “I always enjoyed my time with the company and only left due to moving, but now with the ability to work from home, I knew it was the right move.

“I’ve always loved tinkering with computers and technical products and so this job is perfect for me”

With Feather’s return to the company, Invision can increase its onsite support capabilities by widening its geographical coverage.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Will back to the Invision team,” said Stuart Medus, technical manager at Invision. “His technical knowledge and previous experience with Invision makes him a great asset to the team and will bolster our offering to provide unrivalled support to our customers as part of our Committed to Custom pledge.”
