DbM to make its EI Live! debut

DbM (Distributed by Meridian) has announced that it is exhibiting for the first time at EI Live! this year, which takes place from 29-30 September at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

Found on stand 33, DbM will be representing its partners Barco Residential, Complete Acoustic Treatment System (Complete-ATS), Display Technologies, Meridian Audio, Trinnov, and Waterfall Audio, to show integrators its variety of media room and home cinema solutions.

With DbM, Meridian Audio will showcase its DSP730 and DSP750 In-Wall Digital Active Loudspeakers, the company’s highest performing architectural loudspeakers to date, offering detailed and accurate sound performance in a compact, simple to install chassis. The company will also reveal the DFSW600 Subwoofer, its latest addition to the architectural range designed as a retrofit solution to enhance audio performance. Visitors will also be able to see the 210 Streamer, 258 Power Amplifier, 271 Digital Theatre Controller, 218 Zone Controller and the 251 Powered Zone Controller.

Also joining DbM at the show is French speaker company, Waterfall Audio, famous for its unique glass speakers which will be on display. The Iguasçu Evo and Victoria Evo will be on display at the show, along with the Serio, Hurricane Evo, and the Elora Evo from the compact speaker range. EI Live! will also be the first showing of the RS700 Amplifier, a powerful product that can deliver high performances at low frequencies in demanding home cinema installations.

Also at EI Live!, visitors will have the opportunity to see Barry Sheldrick, director of sales at Meridian Audio and Cedric Aubriot, CEO and founder of Waterfall Audio host a discussion as part of the Talks programme, entitled ‘DSP vs EQ’ on 29 September at 1:05pm.

Barco Residential will also join DbM on their stand, to show its Bragi Cinemascope projector. Producing a high-quality picture, the Bragi Cinemascope is specially tailored for dedicated theatre rooms or controlled light environments.

Trinnov will also be present with the Altitude16 processor on display for immersive audio systems requiring up to 16 channels.

Complete-ATS will use the stand to demonstrate how the company’s panels are specifically crafted to resolve three acoustical interference issues in home cinemas – resonance, reverberation, and reflection.

The DbM stand will also feature partner, Display Technologies. The company will exhibit its latest VMM screen, on show with the Bragi projector, as well as a Frontier screen.

DbM’s team will be available throughout the event to talk to visitors about its complimentary Design and Specification Service (D&SS) and the wider support available to DbM partners.
