Danish loudspeaker manufacturer, Dynaudio has announced that as part of the company's growth strategy, it has appointed Andrew Werdean as vice president of sales for the company's North American business.
In his new role, Werdean will lead the sales effort with a focus on growing Dynaudio's integration business in addition to supporting marketing and product management.
"Dynaudio recently embarked on an ambitious program of product development and business growth across our respective markets and product categories," said Claus P. Rasmussen, chief commercial officer at Dynaudio Group. "We are keen to build on our existing foundation here in North America, increase our brand presence and accelerate our business development. An important element in this process is expanding and diversifying our network of quality distribution.”
Werdean is a CE leader with more than 30 years of experience in product and brand development, marketing and sales management. Prior to joining Dynaudio, he served as Western U.S. sales manager for leading control system manufacturer Remote Technologies, Inc. (RTI) and was responsible for sales, training, marketing, and management of the RTI brand for his region. He has also held sales management roles with Jamo and MTX Audio. In addition, Werdean is a former home technology professional having founded two successful installation companies.
