The leading theme of ISH 2015 (March 10–14, Frankfurt/Main) is “Comfort meets Technologyâ€. At stand
B69 in
Hall 10.3, the EnOcean Alliance will demonstrate how this claim can be realised using solutions based on energy harvesting wireless technology from EnOcean. Batteryless wireless multifunctional sensors, self-learning systems and central controls, which dissolve the boundaries between standards and disciplines, provide significant building blocks. The user is no longer required to deal with the technology behind. This integrated approach optimises energy use and comfort in a building and increases user acceptance at the same time.
Following 14 EnOcean Alliance members exhibit at the partner stand
B69: AFRISO, alphaEOS, Altecon, BSC Computer, Digital Concepts, EnOcean, wibutler by iEXERGY, Hideki, Micropelt, PEHA by Honeywell, Pressac Communications, SAUTER, Thermokon Sensortechnik and ViCOS. In addition, there will be 27 further companies presenting EnOcean-based solutions at the trade show.
For the fourth time, the EnOcean Alliance will exhibit at ISH, the world leading trade fair, with its bright green booth. Visitors to the show can experience different products and solutions for building automation and smart homes based on the battery-less wireless EnOcean standard (ISO/IEC 14543-3-10). More than 350 companies are members of the EnOcean Alliance, currently providing over 1,500 interoperable products, making EnOcean one of the leading wireless standards for building and home automation.
Technology for Battery-less Radio
EnOcean – innovative platform in worldwide use EnOcean, the innovator behind energy harvesting wireless technology, presents its module portfolio covering several frequencies for worldwide use, optimized for Europe, North America and Asia. Individual components, consisting of energy converters, wireless modules, energy management and ultra-low power radio, build a comprehensive energy harvesting platform. For more than ten years, product manufacturers have been integrating this platform, as plug&play or individually customized into their solutions, enabling maintenance-free products without wires and batteries. EnOcean continuously develops its technology to meet new requirements. Innovations include temperature sensors and window contacts integrating data security for the smart home and the new solar-powered STM 350 sensor module. The powerful module captures temperature and humidity and is therefore suitable for multifunctional sensors.
