Gordon Dutch has been appointed as an ambassador for GivingBack.tech and Together for Cinema (TFC), two UK-based industry initiatives giving back to communities.
In his role, Dutch will help raise awareness of both not-for-profits and strengthen continued engagement across the AV sector.
Founder Ian Morrish said: “Dutch has been a long-term supporter of TFC and a hugely respected figure within our industry.
“His experience and industry relationships will be instrumental in helping us grow GivingBack.tech and further expand the reach of both initiatives.”
With more than 35 years of experience in AV, Dutch has held senior leadership roles across organisations including Peerless-AV, BBG Distribution and Prestige Audio.
After receiving multiple industry honours, including induction into both the SCN Global Hall of Fame and Commercial Integrator’s Living Legends series in 2025, he is currently CEO of a business specialising in sales, marketing and PR for the Pro-AV market.
Dutch said he’s excited to step into the ambassador role after a long friendship with Morrish, adding he’s happy to help support an initiative he “feels passionately about”.
Established in 2009, TFC unites manufacturers, integrators and partners to deliver professional cinema rooms for children’s hospices and care facilities across the UK.
More recently, GivingBack.tech has launched to repurpose surplus AV equipment for charities and community interest companies nationally.
