Invision pledges to make positive changes to CI industry

UK distributor, Invision, has today launched a commitment campaign to the custom install market to drive positive changes.

‘Committed to Custom’ is a pledge to make constructive changes to the industry by looking at improving training and education, offering innovative products, and providing high-quality support for integrators.

As part of the pledge, the Committed to Custom product line will now have a minimum three-year warranty as standard, with products only being sold to qualified custom installers. A supported demo programme is also being introduced to allow integrators to show the latest products to their customers in their own space.

The Committed to Custom campaign includes several brands, including Krix, LILIN, Origin Acoustics, Pulse-Eight, RTI, Trinnov Audio, and more.

“At Invision, we pride ourselves on being a value-added distributor and are always looking at ways to help our customers in this dynamic market,” said Mark Taylor, commercial director of Invision. “For 20 years, we have worked with our partners to provide the resources that CIs need to give them a competitive edge and our Committed to Custom campaign is the next step.

“Furthermore, as part of this commitment, we want to use it as a benchmark to review our own processes to ensure that we are exceeding our customers’ expectations. Following feedback and our experience of the market, we feel that this campaign is the right move to further support our customers and we will continue to work closely with our partners to provide what our customers need.”
