A luxury five-home New York development has exclusive access to an IMAX cinema and residences equipped with their own Aston Martin racing simulator, should you so desire.
The one-of-a-kind development at the 130 William 66-storey building is a collaboration between renowned architect Sir David Adjaye and luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin. Each home comes with its own special edition Aston Martin DBX custom-designed by Sir David Adjaye.
Buyers can customise one of the rooms, in the two- and three-bedroom homes, into a racing room featuring a simulator that is result of an Aston Martin Design and Curv Racing Simulators collaboration. Curv Racing Simulators is a new British technology company founded by Darren Turner, a three-time class winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans for Aston Martin and an industry-leading expert in racing simulation technology.
The five homes include two penthouses, priced at $11,500,000 for PH60A, $10,500,000 for PH60B, and three loggia residences L59A, L59B and L59C, priced from $3,985,000, $5,985,000 and $10,000,000.
