Meridian Audio will be exhibiting on stand 41 at this year’s EI Live! and visitors will be able to see a range of products as well as solutions from its ‘Distributed by Meridian’ brands for the residential market.
On the stand, visitors can learn about Meridian, Barco Residential, Display Technologies, and Cinema
Acoustic Treatment Systems products. In addition to this, Meridian will be showing integrators its support offering through its Design and Specification Service.
Recently launched at ISE, Meridian will be showing the DSP640.2 and the DSP520.2, its new In-Wall Loudspeakers. The first loudspeakers to be powered by the new Meridian ‘CLASS-M’ DSP engine, the In-Wall Loudspeakers enable integrators to provide customers with authentic, superior audio performance in a home cinema or media room.
Also on the stand, visitors will get the chance to view the ever-growing 200 Series, including the 251 Powered Zone Controller, 218 Zone Controller, 271 Digital Theatre Controller, 258 Hi-Res Eight|Channel Power Amplifier, and the recently launched 210 Streamer.
The M6 Digital Active Loudspeaker is another big feature on the stand. Activated from the Digital Channel Selector switch, Meridian’s unique ‘mono’ mode technology sums signals from the left and right channels so that the M6’s signature sound can be achieved from just one single loudspeaker.
Finally, the team will be demonstrating its Design and Specification Service, which integrates its own products as well as those from Barco Residential, Display Technologies, and Cinema Acoustic Treatment Systems. Designed to make it quicker and easier for integrators to specify the products for their projects, the complimentary service provides detailed wiring diagrams and a precise room plan showing where everything needs to be positioned in a home cinema or media room.
The CEDIA Designer will also be promoted alongside this on the Meridian stand as an extension of the Design and Specification Service. It is used to provide a 3D view of the cinema design showing the arrangement of the speakers.
