A free programme of education and training sessions will be available to system integrators, designers, consultants, installers and manufacturers during ISE 2019 on Wednesday 6 February in room G109.
The sessions aim to teach attendees how to use the SDVoE standard for high performance AV network deployments in both residential and commercial sectors.
Matt Dodd, master trainer from Clavia Group will be giving a live version of the popular online course, SDVoE Design Partner Certification. This session allows anyone with experience designing matrix-switch-based systems to explore new design considerations that exist in the SDVoE standard and find out how this platform will benefit customers. There is also a Q&A opportunity and attendees leave with SDVoE Design Partner certification. This session runs at 10:00-11:30 and 14:00-15:30.
Another session running on the Wednesday is the SDVoE Design Studies where designers of SDVoE installations will go into detail about challenges they faced and how they solved them. There will be two different sessions held at 11:30-12:30 and 16:00-17:00.
From 12:30-13:30, industry experts will present some of the most popular technical topics related to SDVoE. Karl Johnson from Christie will be presenting ‘New Architectures for Simplified Video System Design’. Laurent Masia from NETGEAR will show how to ‘Design a 144-port SDVoE System in 15 Minutes!’ and ‘How SDVoE Succeeds in Demanding Applications Where AV over IP Fails’ will be presented by Garth Leach, ZeeVee.
Also covered in the programme, interoperability demonstrations will feature on both the LANG AG stand (1-H50) and the SDVoE Alliance stand (3-B150) to explain why interoperability matters in pro AV.
