Owners of Sony TVs can rejoice as the long-awaited news they’ve all been waiting for has been announced: Dolby Vision is coming.
Sony is finally ready to roll out Dolby Vision across some of its 4K TV models currently on the market as it gears up for HDR in a bid to keep up with its main competitors.
More details are expected to be announced next month, but the manufacturer has revealed that A1, XE93, XE94 and ZD9 models are the first to get an upgrade.
Word is that the first glimpse of Sony KD-55A1 OLED running Dolby Vision content is impressive – watch this space for more from Sony HQ.
