The three founding partners of French audio manufacturer, Trinnov Audio, have rolled out a new online platform to enable remote support and assistance amid the coronavirus crisis.
In a statement sent out to its customers, employees and business partners, the founders outlined the company’s plans to use its IT expertise to minimise the disruption and support dealers and customers through these uncertain times.
The platform being rolled out will enable Trinnov’s pro audio and high-end partners to provide remote online assistance to end-user customers.
This is in addition to the remote support Trinnov staff have always been able to supply, as well as sales staff remotely accessing and controlling Trinnov processors.
Trinnov will be training their partners on the use of these tools this week.
In line with the French government’s strong measures, Trinnov has suspended travel for its sales team and the rest of the fleet of staff will be working from home.
In light of this, Trinnov will be focusing more on its regularly scheduled training webinars and will schedule even more throughout the year to keep in contact with customers and dealers. Sales staff are also available for remote training on an individual dealer basis.
