According to Futuresource Consulting Quarterly Market Track Reports, BenQ has taken the number one spot in market share for 4K and Full HD projectors in Q1 2022.
The report shows that BenQ reached the leading position as a vendor by sales volume in Europe, achieving a market share of 23.42% for 4K projectors and 24.5% for Full HD projectors.
“Over the last few years, we’ve seen a real shift in the way people utilise home entertainment and integrate visual and display technologies into their home set ups to; watch movies, sports and play games,” said Royce Lye, managing director of BenQ UK. “In turn, we’ve seen an exponential increase in demand for home entertainment products with superior image quality, colour accuracy and install flexibility.”
BenQ’s 4K projectors are dedicated to home cinema, home entertainment, gaming, laser TV, and smart projectors with Android TV. They all offer True 4K with 8.3 million pixels. The V7000i and V7050i with ALRS01 screen from its Laser TV series won the EISA Award for ‘Best Product 2021-2022’.
Its Full HD sector offers award-winning projectors devoted to business, home cinema, home entertainment, gaming, and smart projector with Android TV.
The company has recently launched its popular X3000i gaming projector (pictured) which, according to BenQ, is the first true 4K LED immersive gaming projector with 4ms @240HZ low input lag and 100% DCI-P3 Accurate CinematicColour.
Within BenQ’s Full HD segment, the TH585P and TH685P console gaming projectors are now available, featuring 3500 ANSI lumens, brightness for usage in lit-up environments, low input lag, and exclusive game modes to make them ideal for big screen gaming.
