Miantic expands AV distribution business into Middle East and North Africa

Miantic AV Distribution has expanded into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), establishing a new regional operation to support residential integrators.

The move marks the first international expansion for the India-based distributor, which has built its business around specialist AV brands and technical assistance.

Having joined as director of MENA operations, Abhishek Mathur leads the charge; he will be responsible for developing dealer relationships, expanding the company’s partner network and supporting integrators across the region.

He said: “The MENA market has huge potential for quality AV and automation brands.

“Our goal is simple - build strong partnerships and give our brands the support and presence they deserve.”

Miantic MENA launches with the distribution of Kordz and Blacknova, focusing its initial portfolio on connectivity and smart home technologies.

Founded by Manoj Manchala and Saurabh Thakar, Miantic says the regional expansion builds on the foundations established in India and reflects growing demand for dedicated distribution support in emerging CI markets.

The company plans to invest in dealer onboarding, training programmes and demo facilities across key MENA territories in the coming months.
