A project management platform built for the AV integration industry has confirmed its international debut at ISE this year.
Developed by integrators for integrators, ProjX360 manages complex projects without sacrificing visibility, accountability or profitability.
Unlike traditional AV software that treats each proposal as a standalone project, ProjX360 is structured around physical locations to reflect how integration businesses really operate.
Doug Greenwald, founder and CEO of ProjX360, said: “Integrators don’t think in terms of disconnected proposals, they think in terms of homes and business locations.
“ProjX360 treats a project as a location, allowing multiple proposals, systems and phases to live together. That fundamentally changes how projects and long-term service are managed.”
Greenwald brings more than two decades of integration experience to the platform, having owned and operated an AV integration company since 2001.
His perspective shapes ProjX360’s end-to-end capabilities, supporting the project lifecycle from sales and execution to inventory, invoicing and service.
Key features include location-based project management, multiple proposals per project, dedicated service workorders, AV-specific inventory tools, flexible proposal builders and seamless QuickBooks integration.
ISE attendees are encouraged to see ProjX360 live and explore its approach.
