RTI’s RTiQ Intelligent Remote Monitoring Solution wins award at CES 2019

RTI has announced that its RTiQ Intelligent Remote Monitoring Solution has won a TechHome Mark of Excellence Award in the Installation/System Management Product of the Year category at CES 2019.

The award was presented at a reception at CES 2019 presented by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and the TechHome Mark of Excellence Awards recognise the best in custom integration and installed technology. Every year, manufacturers, distributors, and systems integrators compete in more than 30 award categories, with a judging panel of industry experts deciding on each winner.

RTiQ gives dealers the ability to monitor RTI control ecosystems and components controlled by an RTI XP control processor. Statuses of these devices can be viewed via a remote dashboard and the dealer can receive email and text notifications that will alert them if a failure occurs. Once a problem has been identified, the dashboard helps them identify the cause of the issue and allows custom actions to be triggered to restore the failed system or component.

RTiQ is easily configured using RTI’s Integration Designer APEX programming software and dramatically reduces system downtime by eliminating the need for service calls and, because of the email and text alerts, issues can often be resolved before the client is aware of them.
