XGIMI unveils TITAN Noir 4K home cinema projectors

XGIMI has officially unveiled its latest 4K high end projector series for home cinema.

The new lineup includes three models, rising in quality from the standard TITAN Noir and Pro to premium Max.

The TITAN Noir Series aims to deliver bright visuals across all types of content, with brightness ranging from 4800 to 7000 ISO lumens depending on model.

The projectors support major cinema standards like Dolby Vision and IMAX Enhanced, alongside Filmmaker Mode and Dynamic Tone Mapping.

Additionally, XGIMI has announced a dedicated TITAN Noir model for AV distributors in Europe, to be released at a later date and tailored to professional AV requirements.

TITAN Noir

The standard model in the series, this projector is designed to have 30 laser chips, 4800 ISO lumens, 4K resolution and native contrast up to 7,000:1.

It combines picture quality with a smart Google TV system and intelligent automatic alignment to facilitate setup.

TITAN Noir Pro

Featuring an RGB Triple Laser light source and 40 laser chips, the TITAN Noir Pro has a high brightness output of 6000 ISO lumens to withstand daytime or bright rooms.

The dual 12W Harman Kardon speakers deliver immersive sound for movies or music.

TITAN Noir Max

Powered by the RGB Triple Laser and 50 laser chips, the XGIMI TITAN Noir Max delivers 7000 ISO lumens at 4K resolution, aiming to deliver lifelike colours on large home theatre screens.

Furthermore, it provides a minimum input latency of one ms for responsive gameplay at 1080p.

A dual intelligent Iris system with five selectable levels is used across the TITAN range to preserve deep blacks without dulling highlights, with the flagship Noir Max delivering up to 10,000:1 native contrast.

It also offers 130% vertical and 50% horizontal lens shift for flexible installation, without moving the projector.

Beyond optical performance, the projector features an MT9681 chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM up to 240Hz for ample storage.

A brand-new SST DMD Structure completes the product, aiming to deliver higher power tolerance and improved thermal flow.

The TITAN Noir Series will launch on Kickstarter on April 23.
