Anthem launched its third version of Anthem Room Correction (ARC) software at Pulse Cinema’s new demonstration centre in Essex, UK, featuring support for Mac and Windows and new target curve adjustment options, including deep base and high frequencies.

The software is compatible with any current ARC enabled Anthem or Paradigm product and is also backwards compatible with a range of Anthem or Paradigm products that ARC or PBK enabled.
The newest version of ARC measures the output of each speaker relative to its listening area, adjusting its output accordingly by peaking and dipping the speaker’s frequency response.
ARC software is also compatible with the ARC Mobile app, allowing users to optimise ARC compatible audio devices by using the internal microphone of an IOS or Android device or via an optional calibrated microphone connected to the headphone jack, lightning connection on IOS or USB port on Android.
