BUGATTI drives luxury home audio market with TIDAL partnership

BUGATTI and TIDAL Audio have entered a partnership to introduce new home music systems, naming it ‘the BUGATTI of home audio’.

The partnership begins with the launch of the Royale range of floorstanding speakers designed for the luxury home audio sector. Comparing the new line to its luxury sports cars, the company described them as: “Just as the engine of a Bugatti hyper sports car releases power and emotions, this unrivalled sound impresses with its finest definition and incredible power.”

Promising a range of options for customisation to the speakers, each Royale loudspeaker pair can be customised with carbon fibre, fabrics, leather, polished stainless steel, dark aluminium, or precious metal surfaces.

The design carries two main themes: Monocoque and Duotone. Customers can choose between piano finishes or avant-garde colour and material combinations. 

A BUGATTI logo plaque finished in polished stainless steel is found on the front of the speakers and is curved to accommodate the shape of the unit. Creating a very personal experience, each set of speakers by TIDAL for BUGATTI is subject to a very personal bespoke ordering process, allowing the customer to share their precise vision of the speakers. 

The floorstanders feature four subwoofer drivers per speaker and a three-way front unit with a midrange-driver and tweeter with diamond diaphragms, which are also used in BUGATTI cars. An active speaker, the Royale houses powerful amplifier channels inside.

The speakers also come with a matching music controller which allows customers to connect to various sources, including music streaming services and TVs, and can also be controlled with smart devices. 

The partnership begins with the Royale Edition Noir and Royale Edition Blanc, with just 15 pairs of each colourway available. Pricing has not yet been disclosed.
