CYP has announced the launch of two new 4K HDMI distribution amplifiers with HDCP 2.2 compliance that the company says further expands their comprehensive range of HDMI distribution solutions. [caption id="attachment_9175" align="alignright" width="400"] CYP's QU-14S-4K22[/caption] Both the QU-14S-4K22 (1 to 4) and QU-12S-4K22 (1 to 2) accepts a single HDMI input and splits this signal to four or two identical HDMI outputs respectively. Both devices are v1.4 HDMI compliant and support HDCP (including HDCP 2.2), 3D Video signals, 'Deep Colour', and 4K resolutions, together with High Definition Audio. As the outputs are re-clocked, buffered, and amplified, each output can run 1080p/8-bit video signals over HDMI cable up to 20 metres without any loss in signal quality, and can also be cascaded by up to three layers. Small in size (220mm [W] x 127mm [D] x 28mm [H]) and light in weight (368g), both devices are an extremely useful addition to any integrator's install tool kit. Available from 1st June, please contact your CYP distributor for further details or visit the CYP website: www.cypeurope.com For advice and support call :+44 (0) 20 3137 9180
