Cyrus Audio is launching two new models, marking the beginning of a range of products in the new and improved Classic Series, an established and popular collection among hi-fi fans.
The Classic AMP, an integrated amplifier, and the Classic PRE preamplifier demonstrate a commitment from Cyrus to its loyal customers, keeping the outside of the speakers the same as its predecessors but completely changing the internal components to make improvements.
“It was a conscious decision to keep the look of the Classes series, well just that… Classic,” said Chris Hutcheson, head of marketing at Cyrus Audio. “These products are very important to Cyrus, they are a part of our DNA, so when we had the opportunity to make them even better using knowledge gained from the development of the XR Series, it made perfect sense.”
The circuit design has been completely re-designed, and most of the internal components have been upgraded by the Cyrus R&D team, which has resulted in sound improvements.
The new Classic AMP and PRE are available to order now. Further models in the range will include a BluOS streamer which will be available over the next 18 months.
