L-Acoustics has launched the latest addition to its SB line, the SB10i subwoofer, designed to deliver the same sound as much larger subwoofers in the range but from a highly scaled down enclosure.
Designed for high-end residential setting to numerous commercial spaces, the ultra-compact subwoofer measures L21.3” x W21.3” x H6.7” and weighs just 15kg, making the subwoofer a discreet option for homes. Equipped with a single 10” driver, 27 Hz bandwidth limit and 124 dB maximum SPL output, the SB10i sonically corresponds with L-Acoustics X4i and 5XT ultra-compact coaxial speakers.
Installation options are flexible with the SB10i, with the integrated ‘tech face’ containing all connectors and mounting points in one unobtrusive panel. This means mounting hardware, cables and connectors can be hidden despite where or how the subwoofer is installed.

The new addition will be on display at the CEDIA Expo taking place 1-3 September.
SB10i is available to order now with shipments expected to begin in Q1 of 2022.
