Monitor Audio launches 6th gen of Bronze Loudspeaker series

Monitor Audio has announced today the official launch of the 6th generation of its Bronze Series of loudspeakers, featuring a complete upgrade in both sound and build quality.

First launched two decades ago, Monitor Audio’s Bronze Series of loudspeakers has won multiple awards, with thousands of satisfied owners around the globe.

The new 6th generation of the Bronze Series is made up of eight models, including Monitor Audio’s first Dolby Atmos enabled module.

The eight new models are: Bronze AMS Dolby Atmos enabled speaker, Bronze 50 bookshelf, Bronze 100 bookshelf, Bronze FX rear speaker, Bronze W10 subwoofer, Bronze C150 centre speaker, Bronze 200 floorstander, and Bronze 500 floorstander.

A new Uniform Dispersion Waveguide, which combines with Monitor Audio’s signature C-CAM Gold Dome Tweeter, is featured on the new series, giving an even sound dispersion, improved time alignment and wider directivity for a listening experience that is more lifelike.

Looking at the design aspect, the new Bronze Series features unique, acoustically transparent hexagonal dispersion patterns on the tweeter covers, allowing light to catch the distinctive gold tweeter domes behind the grilles.

Gold-plated terminals and Pureflow sliver-plated oxygen-free copper internal cabling offer secure cable connectivity.

The cabinet designs have also had a refresh and include a choice of four contemporary finishes – Black, White, Walnut, and Urban Grey.
