Naim Audio introduces the Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation

Following the launch of the Mu-so 2nd Generation in May, Naim Audio is now releasing the Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation, its latest member of the Mu-so wireless music system family.

The new Mu-so Qb features Naim’s unique music-streaming platform, developed by 25 engineers over three years to give users complete control over what they listen to.

Complete with an illuminated volume dial and 15 intuitive touch sensitive buttons, the new Mu-so Qb also features a full control array and a proximity sensor making it light up when a hand approaches it.

The 300 watt of music power is served up to the new speaker drivers, optimised in conjunction with Focal. In line with the Mu-so 2nd Generation, the Qb has a DSP with more than 10 times extra processing power for greater musical accuracy.

Compared to its predecessor, the Wi-Fi capability has significantly improved, making it five times faster and much more stable for a seamless connection.

Giving users customisable options, users are able to change the black grille to one of three coloured options: Olive, Terracotta and Peacock.

Also featuring AirPlay 2, the new Qb model allows users to stream music from their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac. Apple Music gives users seamless playback and enables control of audio and smart home devices using Siri.

The Qb also has Chromecast built in to allow seamless links to hundreds of supported apps including Deezer, Qobuz, Plex, TuneIn, SoundCloud and Pandora.

The Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation will be available from a wide range of retailers from early September.
