Sony has announced four new 4K HDR models to it TV series for 2019.
The XG83, XG81, XG80 and XG70 feature Sony’s latest picture and audio technologies and come in various screen sizes to fit different living spaces.
The XG83 features Sony’s exclusive 4K HDR Processor X1 with Object-based HDR remaster and Super Bit Mapping HDR technology to reproduce enhanced depth, textures and natural colours.
For immersive viewing, the XG83, XG81, XG80 and XG70 series uses Sony’s picture processing power while the 4K X-Reality PRO technology upscales and sharpens images. The TV series also has TRILUMINOS Display to ensure colours are true to life.
The XG83, XG81 and XG80 features Sony Android TV supporting a wide range of apps from Google Play, including YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video and more. As an additional feature, the three models also have Google Assistant built-in.
The XG70 has a built-in internet browser, Freeview Play and the ability to watch shows and films through selected streaming apps with access to Netflix and YouTube apps.
