Sony has launched new home audio products in its BRAVIA Home Theatre lineup, along with a mid-tier TV available in sizes up to 100 inches.
Designed to create a wider surround sound field, the new range includes the Theatre Bars 7 and 5 as well as optional speakers like the Sub 9, 8, 7 and Rear 9.

The new BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7 is a compact design equipped with nine speaker units, including up-firing speakers and side speakers for a wide soundscape.
With Sony's proprietary 360 Spatial Sound Mapping-technology (360SSM), it provides immersive sound along with room-calibrated audio.
Users can further enhance their setup by adding optional subwoofers and rear speakers for deeper bass, playing IMAX-Enhanced content at its full potential.
The BRAVIA Theatre Bar 5 is a 3.1ch system accompanied by a wireless subwoofer, aiming to deliver powerful bass and clear dialogue.
S-Force PRO Front Surround, Vertical Surround Engine and Sony's upmixer technology all come together here to facilitate three-dimensional immersive surround sound.
Both soundbars support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.3, pair with compatible BRAVIA TVs to benefit from Voice Zoom 3 enhanced dialogue, and use the BRAVIA Connect app for smartphone control.
Meanwhile, Sony’s new subwoofers and rear speakers deepen bass to complement BRAVIA Theatre systems.
The Sub 9 and Sub 8 feature large drivers for low-frequency performance, with supported dual-subwoofer play for the first time.
The Sub 9 uses two 200mm vibration-cancelling drivers for low-distortion bass, while the Sub 8 offers a single 200mm driver for deep extension.
The compact Sub 7 includes a 130mm driver and flexible placement options, also supporting dual-sub setups.
The wireless Rear 9 speakers use 80mm up-firing units to boost rear-channel immersion and create additional phantom speakers for a more enveloping 360 Spatial Sound experience.

Alongside the new audio lineup, Sony is also expanding its BRAVIA TV range with the BRAVIA 3 II, aiming to deliver a big-screen experience.
Equipped with the XR Processor found in Sony's premium TVs and XR Triluminos Pro, the BRAVIA 3 II delivers a wide colour gamut.
Sony cooperates with MediaTek, a company known for developing Smart TV SoCs, to reduce content-dependent noise and deliver delicate image reproduction.
It also supports 4K 120Hz and offers four HDMI 2.1 ports, making it suitable for gaming.
The BRAVIA 3 II comes with the newly designed Inclusive Remote Control, reflecting user feedback with optimised button design and clear spacing.
