StormAudio will expand its range of processors and amplifiers with its MK2 versions at the show, with a live demonstration in partnership with Alcons Audio, playing DTS:X Pro tracks using an ISP.32 Digital MK2 in a digital 11.4.8 cinema set up.
The MK2 line-up allows for modularity with 16, 24 or 32-channel analogue preamp/processors with a fully loaded AES 32-channel machine in addition to eight and 16-channel amps.
The line-up supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Auro-3D, Dirac Live Room Calibration and StormAudio’s web-based remote monitoring tool StormMonitoring.
Users can also access DTS:X Pro, IMAX Enhanced, Auro-3D Version 2, eARC HDMI. 24-channel (13.1.10 Dolby Atmos and DTS: X Pro) decoding, codec switching and advanced bass management including the Dirac Live Bass Control.
StormAudio’s 7+2 eARC HDMI card is included, delivering switching with total HDMI2.0b/HDCP2.2 support, with the card supporting 4K, 18 Gigabits per second bandwidth on each input and output port with DolbyVision and HDR10 compatibility.
