Triad One streaming amp to make ISE debut

Control4 has announced that the Triad One streaming amplifier will have its first European outing at ISE 2018.

Designed to simplify high-resolution audio streaming for a variety of installation scenarios, the single-zone amplifier can be installed with wire or wirelessly. When connected into a Control4 automation system, Triad One can play music from streaming services including Spotify, as well as local music files.

Equipped with digital and analog audio inputs, the Triad One distributes and synchronises local audio sources over the IP network throughout a larger audio system. It can also power speakers and soundbars in a bedroom, kitchen, or other locations via IR outputs for controlling local devices. A line-level subwoofer output is also available for rounding out the deep bass when connected to a powered subwoofer.

The Triad delivers high-resolution quality audio with -107 dB signal-to-noise level as well as support for playback up to 192kHz/24 bit. It provides 100W of power per channel for incredible sound in any room. A built-in 10-band parametric equaliser is also included to ensure quality sound output and room optimisation.

Triad’s latest offerings will be on display at Control4’s stand (10-N10) at ISE 2018. This year’s event takes place from 6 to 9 February, 2018.
