Legrand introduces Nuvo P400 tabletop speaker

Legrand debuted its first tabletop speaker for the Nuvo Player portfolio, the Nuvo P400, at ISE 2017.

The P400 is a 2.1 system incorporatings a 5 1/4 -in woofer, two midrange drivers and two tweeters. It supports streaming services including Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Napster, and Deezer.

The unit has built-in Wi-Fi, an amplifier and speakers, with several control options (including in-wall Nuvo Player keypads or Player apps for iOs and Android devices).

“The P400’s design fits any space and the fact that it offers the versatility to be used as a single zone or as an addition to as many as 16 zones within the Player Portfolio system.”

The P400 can be configured as a wired system via Ethernet or wirelessly (802.11 a,b,g,n, 2.4GHz or 5GHz). It additionally provides TOSLINK and analog line inputs for connecting an in-room audio source for playback.

It will be released worldwide in April 2017.
