Sanus has expanded its hardware lineup with two new mounting solutions developed in close collaboration with Sony, aiming to deliver cleaner installations and optimised audio performance for the latest BRAVIA Theatre sound systems.
Working directly with Sony’s product teams, Sanus has engineered mounting options specifically for the BRAVIA Theatre Bar 8 and Bar 9 soundbars, as well as the BRAVIA Theatre Quad speakers. The products offer a way to elevate both system performance and overall presentation.
The Sanus WSBSBTV1-B2, a height-adjustable soundbar mount that attaches directly to most 50” to 90” TVs and popular TV mount brands. Designed to give integrators flexibility during installation, it offers up to 43mm of depth adjustment, 380mm of vertical travel, and droop/pitch control to achieve precise alignment. These adjustments make it easier to position Sony’s Dolby Atmos-equipped Theatre Bar models exactly where they perform best, crucial for maintaining the intended immersive sound field.
Post-installation tweaks are also supported. The mount allows up to 8-degrees of level correction, helping installers deliver a clean, balanced result.
Sony’s BRAVIA Theatre Quad speakers, designed to create a Dolby Atmos experience from just four units positioned around the room, also gain a tailored mounting option. The new Sanus WSSBTQA-B2 speaker stands have been purpose-built for the Quad form factor, addressing both performance and aesthetics. Each stand offers up to 430mm of height adjustment, integrated cable management, and a contemporary design intended to complement Sony’s hardware.
Sanus has included a wide, weighted base to support the larger footprint of Sony’s Quad speakers and prevent tipping. Rubber feet and height-adjustable carpet spikes are supplied as standard.
