CEDIA is taking The CEDIA Designer (TCD) software around Mediterranean Europe on a roadshow.
Held across three dates from September to October, the tour is designed to give home technology professionals the opportunity to learn more about the capabilities and benefits of the software in their own local language.
The days are free to attend for anyone interested in using the tool or having their products included in the design database. CEDIA will host a drinks reception at the end of each day for attendees to network with their peers in a relaxed and informal setting.
“The CEDIA Designer is a fantastic tool for our members and the wider industry to improve professionalism and quality of home cinema design, as well as saving them valuable time on projects,” commented Matt Nimmons, managing director of CEDIA EMEA.
“We’re excited to give integrators further afield the opportunity to gain an overview of the software, the different packages available, and the CEDIA member benefits.”
The tour will commence in Milan at the TOCQ Hotel on 30th September. It will then travel to Novotel Nice Arena Aeroport in Nice on 2nd October. The final day will be held in Madrid at the Hotel Catalonia Plaza Major on 4th October.
The format for each day will be as follows:
10:00 – 10:30: Arrival and coffee
10:30 – 11:00: Introduction and overview of CEDIA
11:00 – 12:30: TCD introduction and a demonstration in the local language
12:30 – 13:00: Q&A with TCD founder Guy Singleton
13:00 – 14:00: Networking drinks
