CEDIA has released its first consumer campaign to elevate the visibility and credibility of its members.
The Association for Smart Home Professionals unveils a new video advertisement focusing on the magic of smart home automation.
The video explores the collaboration between homeowners and CEDIA-certified technology integrators – and can be customised on request with logos and website information from CEDIA members.
Christine DeJoy, CEDIA’s vice president of communications, said: “Effective marketing is about storytelling, and this campaign tells a compelling story about the value of professional integration.
“We’re excited to give our members access to valuable resources that resonate with homeowners and builds their customer base.”
This initiative is part of an ongoing consumer awareness campaign that includes media placement, SEO efforts and targeted advertising.
Members are empowered to use the professionally produced commercial in their own marketing efforts on their websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, paid advertisements or customer presentations.
In addition to the full-length video, members also have access to supporting assets including print ads, social media images and digital video clips.
CEDIA will also run the campaign targeting consumers throughout 2025 to further amplify its reach and impact.
