CEDIA unveils trade supplier shortlist for 2017 Awards

CEDIA has announced the finalists for the product categories for the upcoming 2017 edition of the CEDIA Awards, taking place on Friday 29 September at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter.

CEDIA’s pick of the best new hardware and software offerings in the home technology industry from across the EMEA region has been revealed by the organisation.

“We’re so pleased with the number of manufacturers who have entered the awards this year,” commented Matt Nimmons, managing director of CEDIA EMEA.

“It’s important that we value product innovation available from CEDIA’s Trade Supplier members. We’re really excited and looking forward to revealing the winners at our awards ceremony next month.”

All shortlisted entries for the “Best New Hardware” and “Best New Software” categories will now go forward to a final round of face-to-face judging, with the winners announced at the black-tie awards ceremony on 29 September at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter.

This year’s awards ceremony is brought to you with the support from official sponsors Bowers & Wilkins, Definitive Technology, HEOS, IFSEC International, Meridian Audio, OneAV and The Cinema Designer.

Tickets for this year’s ceremony are priced at £199 (+VAT) for a single member ticket and table of ten people costing £1,750 (+VAT). For non-members, a single ticket is £250 (+ VAT) and a table of ten people costing £2,300 (+ VAT).
