Fine Sounds UK expands its Scottish headquarters

The UK distributor for McIntosh and Sonus faber, Fine Sounds UK (FSUK), has increased its headquarters in Fife, Scotland to increase its capacity.

The new facility will allow the distributor to house a greater range of hi-fi and the recently announced ‘Ci-fi’ products from its portfolio of brands. Other products will include AV racks and isolation devices from Italian specialist, Bassocontinuo.

Having a bigger headquarters allows the company to hold more products as stock ready to ship directly to its expanding dealer network. Customer experiences will also improve as waiting times for the distributor’s entirely imported hi-fi ranges are greatly reduced.

The expansion of the facility follows Fine Sounds UK’s announcement that it would also be including McIntosh and Sonus faber’s installation products in its music and movie portfolio. The company has also recently revealed that it has become an official CEDIA partner, further extending its reach of McIntosh and Sonus faber’s ‘Ci-fi’ offerings to the organisations accredited installers and their customers.

“Fine Sounds UK has been gaining momentum as the UK’s definitive high-performance audio distributor ever since its birth just a few short months ago in August 2020,” commented Tim Jordan, Fine Sounds UK’s managing director.

“Our new headquarters enables us to hold more McIntosh, Sonus faber, and Bassocontinuo products than ever before, meaning music lovers can source our iconic brands through our UK and Ireland dealer network more quickly and without the lead times often associated with imported hi-fi products.”
