Introducing future homes to Homebuilding & Renovating market

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Homebuilding & Renovating are celebrating by launching The Future Home Show alongside its main event in September at the ExCel in London.

The new event is designed to introduce people to the concept of smart homes and help them navigate the world of smart home tech.

Showcasing numerous smart home products from across the market, the show aims to help consumers integrate products into their homes during the design and build stage of self-build homes, renovation projects or interior remodelling.

“Homebuilding & Renovating has been helping people create a home that perfectly meet their needs for three decades, and we fully intend to keep going, not stand still,” commented Homebuilding & Renovating brand director, Paul Newman.

“Making our 30th anniversary year one of investment, product development and evolution reinforces our reputation as a forward-looking brand and demonstrates we are as excited about the future as we are proud of the past.”

Nick Noble, event director of Homebuilding & Renovating said: “Our combined channels attract the UK’s highest value homebuilding audience, with an average income of £77k, so we decided to expand our home interest portfolio with the addition of The Future Home Show, which caters for people’s appetite in the latest smart home technology and connected living products.

“Our commitment to constantly evolving and improving people’s experiences has now transcended the consumer sector and we’re currently looking at exciting new avenues in which we can support and recognise the trade area in which we operate. The Homebuilding & Renovating Awards and the Custom Build Summit are part of this venture.”
