RTI has appointed a new distributor for its residential product lines across the Middle East.
The control and automation specialist has tasked Equinox with distributing its RTI and ProControl lines in countries including Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the UAE.
James Trumper, vice president of international sales at AVPro Global, said: “We are excited to expand visibility for the RTI and ProControl brands in the Middle East region by collaborating with the qualified team at Equinox.
“Our residential solutions, including a host of new products and innovations, represent a significant opportunity for both our existing integrators and new dealers in the territory.”
The appointment comes as demand for high-end smart home and automation systems continues to grow across the Middle East, particularly in luxury residential and hospitality sectors.
Founded in 1997, Equinox supports AV integrators, dealers, consultants and developers across the region with experience centres in both Dubai and Lebanon.
These facilities deliver dealer training, product demonstrations and distribution operations.
The move reflects a broader trend of global AV brands strengthening regional distribution partnerships to support integrators more directly.
